2022 Elections – Schedule
Elections for ISB President and ISB Council
- Posting of Preliminary Membership List: December 31, 2021
- Final date to claim ISB 2021 membership: January 31, 2022
- Posting of final list of Voters: February 12, 2022
- Nominations due to Election Committee (EC): February 25, 2022, 9 PM
- Preliminary Nominations list posted: March 1, 2022
- Last date (deadline) to withdraw nominations: March 5, 2022, 9 PM
- Final List of Candidates to be posted: March 15, 2022, 9 PM

You can email a nomination form to the Election Committee to meet the nomination deadline and drop off the physical copy in a sealed envelope to the ISB Office.
On a final note, if you are eligible to vote, please ensure that your name is on the Voters List posted in the 2nd floor lobby. Concerns about the Voter List can be emailed to Member Services and/or the ISB Office.
Posted January 23, 2022:
(i). Nomination Forms will be available at the ISB office, in the Musalla and on the ISB website
(ii). ISB members who have established membership for at least 12 consecutive months and have paid 2021 membership dues in full or made a contribution of $1000 or more to ISB will be eligible to vote in 2022. Spouses, unmarried dependent children (above 18 and below 25) and dependent parents (above age 65, living at the same address) may also qualify to vote. New members that do not have 12 consecutive months as of January 31, 2022 will not be eligible to vote this year, regardless of contributions. If you think your name should be on the list, please contact ISB office or the Membership Secretary at [email protected].

Posted January 15, 2022:
ISB President Dr. Ed Tori has formed the Election Committee to conduct the 2022 elections for the next ISB President and eight (8) members of the ISB Council.
The members of the Election Committee are:
- Br. Furqan Siddiqi, Chair
- Br. Tufail Chaudhry
- Br. Mazhar Kapadia
- Br. Chaudhry Shahid Jamil
- Br. Saad Patel
- Br. Zamaar Baig
- Sr. Amatullah Williams
According to ISB Constitution, elections (voting) will be held on the last Sunday of March (March 27th, 2022).
The election schedule will be posted on the notice board on the 2nd floor lobby and on the ISB website.
A preliminary Voters List will be posted by the Secretary of Member Services by January 15th. If you think your name should be on the list and is not, please contact the Main Office or Membership Services.
ISB members who are on the ISB Voter List will be eligible to vote. Spouses, unmarried dependent children (between 18 to 25 years) and dependent parents will be eligible to vote, as well.
