Islamic Society of Baltimore Community Health Clinic is now open again!
We are making several operational changes compared to our earlier model of care.
We will see patients by appointment only. Additionally, most of the visits will be virtual visits. We are using doxy.me for this purpose currently. (Doxy.me patient instructions English, Arabic , Urdu, Bengali ,Hindi). This may change in the future.
Very infrequently, we will invite patients to be seen in person, depending on their need. Only the patients will be allowed to visit the clinic. For disabled patients or those who need language assistance, one other companion will be allowed.
EVERYONE VISITING THE CLINIC WILL NEED TO WEAR FACE MASK/FACE COVERING. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE PROVIDE FACE MASK AT THIS POINT.

- Sunday: 11am – 1pm
- Monday: 6pm – 8pm
- Tuesday: 6pm – 8pm
- Wednesday: 6pm – 8pm
For appointments: Please call and leave a message at 410-744-1690. At this time, messages will be checked and calls returned during clinic business hours only. When you call, please let us know
- Your name, date of birth and a call back number
- If it is okay to contact you via Whatsapp with appointment data and time.
- If you are requesting an appointment for a prescription refill only
For prescription refill: Please let us know the name, exact address and phone number for your preferred pharmacy.
We may request you to send as pictures of your prescription bottle that clearly shows the
- Patients name,
- Medication name,
- Dose
You may need to take more than one picture for each medication. If these are needed, we will instruct you on how to send these pictures.
