Eating Right for Diabetes

Your doctor can work with you to help you manage your diabetes. By managing it well, you can prevent many other conditions related to diabetes.

A major part of treating diabetes depends how well you understand your condition and how you can make changes in your lifestyle to prevent other conditions that diabetes can cause. Without proper management diabetes can effect your eyesight and in some cases lead to blindness, effect how well your kidneys can function, and damage your nerves and reduce sensations in your hands and feet, and can increase your risk of a heart attack. View these videos to see how you can eat healthy, do more exercise, and take control of your diabetes and stay healthy.
