This service is administered by the Dar-al-Taqwa (DAT) and Islamic Society of Baltimore (ISB) Marriage Bureau for singles 18+ seeking a spouse. Please complete this form honestly and in its entirety to register for Singles Networking and Matrimonial programs hosted by ISB/DAT. Registration fees are non-refundable.

The DMV Marriage Bureau events are private and will only allow pre-approved registration. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who does not align with its values, at the sole discretion of its administration.
